14. 14. Professional User *

• All fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if the service is suspended or canceled before the end of your monthly or annual plan.

• Purchases of “Packages,” Promotion of “Ads” of any kind, and “Banner” Advertisements

• All purchases are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable. Once a product of SmailAds classifieds Portal (Application and Website) “SmailAds classifieds” is purchased (even if not activated) or once any amount is paid to us in advance, you will not be allowed to request, claim, or otherwise seek:
  – A refund
  – Replacement of the product with cash or any other product
  – Purchase of a product or service not provided by us or by anyone else or any other platform, or the assignment of any SmailAds classifieds Portal (Application and Website) products (or their value) to anyone else (unless approved by us).

  We reserve the right, at any time, to

  – Add taxes to any of SmailAds classifieds Portal (Application and Website)’s products, in accordance with applicable laws.
  – Stop or suspend any payment method, anywhere in the world, or in a specific country, or regarding a specific section.
  – Impose or modify fees related to the use of any payment method.
  – Impose a currency conversion fee related to payments made in currencies other than those we accept.
• – If any account becomes inactive, suspended, or canceled, your right to use any amounts paid to us lapses.
  – Change the terms and conditions associated with any payment method and/or
  Change the way a user may pre-pay for any SmailAds classifieds Portal (Application and Website) products.

  We will not bear any responsibility whatsoever for the exercise of these rights.

• – If you have pre-paid for an SmailAds classifieds Portal (Application and Website) product, you must activate this product within a specified period, and if you fail to do so, we have the right to set or determine the activation period (which may be modified at our sole discretion from time to time). If you do not activate any SmailAds classifieds Portal (Application and Website) product during the activation period (which we inform you of through any of our available communication methods), you will not be able to activate it later, and you will not have the right to receive any compensation or refund from us.
• – We reserve the right to reject any payment received or confiscate any amounts we believe were directly or indirectly paid or obtained through fraudulent or illegal means without the need to send a notice, and we will not bear any responsibility whatsoever for the exercise of these rights.
• – In the event that the user fails to pay any amounts due on their due dates, or in the event that any checks are returned due to insufficient funds or for any other reason, SmailAds classifieds Portal (Application and Website) has the right to immediately suspend the account and service until full payment or a settlement is made between us, without the need to send a written notice to the user or to send any judicial warning or initiate any judicial or arbitration proceedings.
